What we collect

• Form messages only. When you use a form (claim a venue, list a venue, send a brief, contact us, ask about the venue package), we receive what you type: usually your name, email address and message. Forms are sent through Web3Forms, which forwards them to our email inbox. We keep them there.
• Analytics without cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies and does not track you across sites.
• No advertising cookies. There are no ads and no advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

Venue information

Venue pages show business facts that venues publish on their own websites (capacity, rooms, practice space, catering, prices, how to get there), with links to the sources. Venues can have their listing corrected or removed at any time: use the claim form or contact us.

Why we may use this data (legal bases)

• Consent for form messages: you tick a box before sending.
• Legitimate interest for cookieless visit statistics, and for showing venue business facts taken from venues' public websites.

How long we keep it

Form messages are kept for 24 months, then deleted, unless we are still in contact with you about them.

Who else handles it

Web3Forms (form delivery), our email provider, Cloudflare (visit statistics) and our web host, Netlify (see the legal notice). We don't sell or share your data with anyone else.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and you can object to how we use it. Email info@retreatgrounds.com; we reply within one month.

If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL: www.cnil.fr/fr/plaintes.
